In liaison with specialist consultants from the UK – Marina Projects LTD – we are designing a completely new, 42 berth marina at Marina Dorćol.

This process includes a detailed analysis of wind factors, currents, historic water levels and an environmental impact assessment. The redesign will also require a complete dredging process to ensure proper water circulation and ample space for boat manouvering.

The new marina will house boats up to 14 meters in length and will be professionally operated, offering a complete array of services for your boats: from cleaning, fueling, daily preparation, to servicing, and winter storage.

Parking in Marina Dorcol

All parking at Marina Dorćol is underground. Parking spaces will be generously proportioned, above standard sizes, with at least 2.9m x 5.5m in dimension, allowing for a relaxed entry and exit from the garage. Each apartment is sold with at least two parking spaces, while there will be a further 280 spaces allotted for visitors to Marina Dorćol.

Vallet parking services will be offered, as well as an array of cleaning services for your car, including specialist deep cleaning. Garages will also house supercharger facilities for electric vehicles.
