As more and more people want to live in the heart of the city, we believe that developers looking to satisfy that demand have a responsibility to enrich the neighbourhoods in which they build—especially when they are fortunate enough to be entrusted with such an exceptional location.
This responsibility informed the entire design of Marina Dorćol, which utilises spacious yet unobtrusive curved buildings—including an elegant, serpentine centrepiece—generously adorned with rich vegetation to preserve the beauty of the skyline while giving residents expansive views over the river or parks.

Marina Dorćol was designed by Stanislav Fiala and Jelena Kuzmanović of the „Kuzmanović + Fiala“ architectural bureau.
Their architecture is characterised by innovative use of materials such as wood, corten, steel and natural stone, a constant play of light and seamless immersion of objects into their surroundings. In Belgrade, the bureau and SEBRE have so far completed the “Residence Puškinova” project – a unique, 10 apartment residential object located in Senjak.
Marina Dorćol brings a new approach to the concept of living and the development of the city. Stylistically it sets itself apart from the dominant aesthetic of the recent large-scale residential and commercial developments in Serbia’s capital.
