On Building A, the foundation slab has been completed, while works have advanced to the ground floor slab and the construction of walls on level -1. On Building B (Talas Building), piling works have been completed, with geothermal system installation underway alongside foundation slab works. The first areas executed in stamped concrete have also been completed, which will become one of the distinctive features of the shared spaces within Marina Dorćol.
Works on the riverbank reinforcement have continued, while at Building A, following the concreting of the foundation slab and the walls on level -1, construction has been progressing intensively in the underground levels where the garages will be located. In parallel, work on geothermal probes has continued at Building B, and the concreting of the first section of the foundation slab has begun, representing an important step in the further stabilization of the building’s structure.
During January, works on the riverbank reinforcement continued, along with concrete works on Building A. Following the completion of part of the foundation slab, the casting of the first walls on level -1 began, marking further progress in the formation of the building’s underground structure. In parallel, works on the installation of probes and piles on Building B are entering the final phase.
