The long-anticipated residential complex on the banks of the Danube, Marina Dorćol, has officially been granted a building permit for the construction of the project’s first phase.
The Czech investor, SEBRE, will begin work on the initial stage of what is considered one of the most significant urban development projects along the Danube. The first phase includes key infrastructure works, site preparation, and the construction of the first residential zone, along with accompanying facilities that will shape the future appearance of the complex.
