MOYA is a studio that for more than 26 years has been developing a strong authorial expression through architectural projects, interior design, and bespoke furnishing, supported by its own production facility. Their work is not merely a professional output – it is a way of life, and the life they live is what they communicate through space.
As part of an interconnected group of companies based in Serbia and Austria, MOYA operates globally, delivering projects across a wide range of contexts — from urban environments to remote locations reached by trains, airplanes, or ships. With production and furnishing rooted in their own manufacturing facilities, MOYA maintains complete control over quality and execution at every stage.
These recognitions have enabled participation in a wide range of international projects and have positioned MOYA as a relevant and respected presence on the contemporary architectural scene.
MOYA’s design approach is grounded in a philosophy of simplicity, functionality, and deep respect for materials. This rational foundation is shaped through clear authorial handwriting, in which color and the emotions it carries play an important role. Rather than following transient trends, MOYA has developed its own enduring expression – unobtrusive yet lasting – creating spaces designed to stand the test of time and to integrate naturally into the lives of those who inhabit them.
Every building and every interior bears the studio’s recognizable signature: calm, deliberate, and sufficiently strong to be remembered without the need for emphasis.
Through a long-term collaboration with the investor of Marina Dorćol, SEBRE — initiated with the successfully completed Residence Puškinova project — MOYA has developed a deep understanding of the values that define this development. These values — design and technology as a quiet connection between nature and the city, and a dialogue between space and the individual — are fully aligned with the studio’s philosophy.
Within this dialogue, spaces are created for those who are confident enough to enjoy aesthetics, the silence of form, and an authorial signature that does not seek attention, yet remains unmistakably present.
